Below you will find this week's class schedule
To book your class all you need to do is to click on the 'Book a class' button and complete the booking form. You can book all of your classes on one form. You will receive a confirmation email confirming the classes you have booked.
The zoom link for each class will be emailed to you the night before your class.
Is this your first class with Gwen?
If this is your first class with me you are required to complete a short health form. This is so I can be up to date with any health issues or injuries. This information will help me give exercise adjustments where needed. Please note these classes are not suitable for pregnant ladies. Though do contact me if you want to be referred to a specialist teacher. Health form.

This class is ideal for those who have been doing Pilates for a while and feel confident to learn new exercises as well as combining the ones they know already. Different level options for exercises will be given so you will be able to explore more challenging movement at your own pace.

Live Wednesday beginners/mixed-ability Pilates class
Wednesday 16th July, 18.00-19.00
This class is ideal for those new to Pilates and also for those who have done a few classes before. We will focus on flowing movement with support from the breath. There will be a strong emphasis on understanding the fundamentals of Pilates and building up to the more challenging exercises safely. An ideal way to unwind after a busy day.
